The Geissele REBCG 05-2993 is a premium, full-mass, full-auto rated M16/M4 bolt carrier group chambered in 5.56 NATO/.223 Rem. It is engineered for exceptional durability, smoother cycling, and extreme wear resistance in hard-use or duty rifles.

  • Geissele Stressproof Bolt®: Forged from Carpenter 158+—a cleaner, stronger, and more consistent steel co-developed with Carpenter Steel metallurgists. Each bolt is High-Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI).
  • Carrier Material: Machined from 8620 steel with extended upper rails (carrier skids/skis) that dramatically increase feeding reliability and prevent carrier tilt inside the upper receiver.
  • Nanoweapon® Finish: Coated with Geissele's exclusive Chrome-Nitride finish. It boasts a surface hardness of 82 HRC, which easily rejects carbon, makes cleaning effortless, and requires less lubrication.
  • Gas Key: Properly torqued, staked, chrome-lined, and Nano-coated to ensure a secure, leak-free gas seal.
  • Cam Pin: Machined from robust H13 tool steel, a material often used in medical instrumentation, and treated with the Nanoweapon coating.
